Rebate rip-off!

We were sold a travel membership with a proposed guarantee that prices through Discount Global Travel would be 30%-70% what we could get otherwise, including the internet. We specifically asked about internet prices. The guarantee also includes a 10% rebate if we find a lower price, and have DGT purchase it for us. We were also given an agent card that is supposed to provide upgrades and other benefits.
We have only saved a few dollars on hotels, although on one occasion we did receive an upgrade. But airlines are a different story.in a little over a year, we have purchased 13 round-trip airline tickets for a total cost of $2646.00 (before taxes and fees). DGT got a lower price than me on only one, and that was by $5.00! On three occasions I told them the price I found on the internet, and they said they couldn't get any better, and to buy it myself.
On the remaining tickets, they met the internet price, and paid a rebate, but not the 10% guaranteed. I have only saved $144.00 which doesn't even come close to the guarantee or even covering the membership costs.
Phone calls, and letters to the company have been ignored. Is there any way to get my membership refunded?
They have an additional office, which I understand is where travel is arrainged, at:
25554 Woodward Ave. Royal Oak, Michigan 48067
They are knowingly misrepresenting the potential savings to get you sucked in. Stay away from them.
