First of all do not ever use trips incentives! It is a rip off company that takes your money and any credit due to you they never issue. I gifted a trip to The Worldgate Resort in Fl. To a friend for her birthday and what a dissaster it was. Not only did they not credit the $50.00 back onto her account after she took the trip there were so many issues during the trip that is was such a dissapointed I am lucky if we remain friends. I am very unhappy they way this company does business. If they do not clean up their act they should not remain in busines!!!
