Canceled a cruise that I and over 100 other couples had booked with them, and did not refund any of our money. They are holding over $700,000 of this group of peoples money

Fine Food and Wine Cruises advertised a cruise for Jun of next year on a Windstar ship. After collection 3 payments from over 100 couples, they canceled the cruise. They have not refunded anyones money and are currently holding over $700.000 of our money hostage. We have contacted the travel insurance company and unless Fine Food and Wine Cruises files for bankruptcy, the policy that we bought through Fine Food and Wine Cruises, does not cover not being reimbursed by the company if they cancel the cruise.
