Jose Luis Arellano is a con artist! He sells plane tickets then says there is a problem with "synching" the ticket with the airline system but it is all a lie! Do not buy from this man! He is a dumbass geek that has ripped off many people. My only regret is that I did not research him thoroughly! I hope he dies & gets sued for everything he owns!
