Bad customer service

Delivered my universe bill in since it was not keeping an effective cost. After calling about my pill for just one week they stated in five minutes it'd water damage. I expected to get a minute technology to check on it. It's under guarantee to get a year from the producer. They wont stay behind the guarantee plus they shipped it while I had been about the telephone requesting them to have a second-look at it. NEVER again might I buy a Samsung item again in existence. They'd really poor customer support.
