Harassing text messages

Keep receiving text messages with 202 area code (709-3041 and 556-1700). I called the numbers back and get the recording that the voice mailbox has not been set up on either phone. So I started texting the numbers harassing them much like they harassed me. So then the person takes my phone number and attaches it to another number so that when I call it, it rings back to me. I haven't given or used my actual phone number as I also have a google voice number attached to my phone that I give out because it lets me screen my calls. Whoever 'GIFT.com' solicitors are they need to be FIRED!!! And since they ain't happening... I'm just gone keep harassing them back since texts don't cost me nothing. I'm now up to txt number 46... And I will do this all day, give them a taste of what they're putting everybody else through! Lol
