Can’t use prepaid

Criticism against Celcom regarding “not in a position to change to Celcom prepaid in the prepaid connection” and seeking to get a correct answer the moment possible.

Before I take advantage of Celcome postpaid and today I ended the postpaid and that I am attempting to make use of the prepaid. But this prepaid can’t be utilized. Please look for this problem and I would like to understand the issue and also the answer ASAP.
