Scam/rip off

Im an foreign, our friend keeps trying to call me collect from m.C.S.P. (ione) but cannot actually cope with, worldwide tel link performs a note saying that there is ablock on my home phone over an unpaid statement!!! We-don't have international tel link in australia! Iv'e never had anything related to them before... Never even heard about them! Therefore my friend cannot contact me! When i email them, they never answer me, they always put me onhold & i hang-up after 20 mins! Has anyone had this complete bullshit occur to them before? Any ideas? Worldwide tel link= here is a huge y* you. All just how from sydney, australia...
