Irritating phone calls

I'd a credit with Credit One. Till i dropped my work in November I had been never overdue and settled each month. I can't obtain unemployment since i worked part-time. I've advised them-this for 5 weeks. They call every single day, 7 days per week, beginning at 8:15 am, every 20 units, till 9pm!!! I've caller-ID on my television display and certainly will show this beyond a darkness of the question. I've created them-and sent them the FTC regulations about nuisance and also to stop and desist plus they simply continue calling. They actually went as far as to contact oneday and imagine to become police force out-of california by having an immediate legal issue. I named the phone business providing that quantity plus they needed care of this issue. But stating you're somebody you're to not gather a debt can also be illegal.
