Product did not work and no refund issued

Bought the merchandise to uncover an iPhone. The directions didn't function and after numerous attempts I required a return. Their site says the next reimbursement plan:

"we provide a number problem asked return policy therefore if you experience for almost any cause our iPhone Uncover / Jailbreak answer doesn’t meet your needs, you may obtain a reimbursement without any questions asked."

However, after many reimbursement demands they've ceased answering. Main point here, item doesn't function plus they are don't matter a return.
