Invalid phone service charges

I'm receiving harssing notice from some kind of collection company phone Afni inc. For a verzon statement for all quantity to get a telephone statement that assume tobe produced in 2007. I don't have any ideal what these expenses are for or something about them so far. I contact the organization who delivered them to issue about these expenses, the support representative that i keep in touch with was really rude and would not I'd like to ask query concerning these charges and also the only factor the repetition would declare what type of agreement did I do want to create to pay for these costs. Our factor is easily owed a statement in 2007 why was not I informed sooner. I have gotten an attorney and it has started appropriate action from this organization.
