I bought one item from them over two years ago, I have been harassed ever since

They've named me twice each day for that several weeks. I've request and have they stop their calls. I purchased one product from their store over 2 yrs ago. I've been bothered since. I'd not buy something from their store again. Its dealing with the purpose that I'm considering eliminating my telephone support. We're about the don't contact checklist and also have documented them many times, but nonetheless get 2 to 3 calls everyday.
