Unprofessional company & breach of contract

I closed a deal with Nashua Cell, Pavillion Durban providing all needed specifics towards the organization who packed someone elseis bank facts leading to my consideration not being settled & stopped. I examine and record this to NAshua, Fidelis Makoni. Our bank details are joined. The following month comparable event, my cell consideration is gently secured. I visit them, they inform me that I'm a `cash client' & have to spend the consideration and also the prior month aswell. I, again provide my account details. I tell them that they're in violation of agreement as my consideration was stopped, they didn't follow the methods, specifically I spend and that I get airtime. They're not ready to provide me payment. I talk to Fidelis again, he doesn't advise me that teh discussion has been documented, telling me that I ought to understand this. I request payment and clarify what I'd like. He shows me the `legal people' may contact me inside a time period. I tell him this isn't adequate. Fidelis gets individual and that I request when there's no response within 15 minute, I'll consider the agreement null & emptiness. Fidelis promises he doesn't comprehend, after agreeing to it.
