I've two business phone-lines with Cordia.in regards to a month before, I shifted my workplace actually up the corridor from wherever I'd been. Despite Cordiais guarantee that my support wouldn't be interrupted, to get a complete week I'd no telephone support for my law office whatsoever.

Today it's per month later and that I ultimately have me a dialtone on my second-line. However they forgot to setup the first line to search for the Next point, therefore the 2nd line is ineffective.

That might be poor enough, but their customer support is terrible. You've togo via an 800 point to Asia, where the client support representatives know-nothing and place you on-hold for 15 and 20 units at the same time.

Then, a week ago, I eventually got to talk to somebody within the fix division in California. She recommended me that I'd need to venture out and purchase a corded telephone, then go right down to the cellar of my huge office building (where I am not allowed to-go regardless), discover the phone package, find my point (from the a large number of traces along there), and plug-in the phone to determine if there was a dialtone. She declined to send a specialist till I followed her instructions, and also the phone finished together with her dangling on me.incredible
