Unauthorize charges

CSW provided free-ringtones, when put on stating yes, they did not let you know it had been a membership account sevice of $9.99 that was hidden costs. Approached CSW, the consultant was RUDE, informing me it had been my problem. I informed her to shove-it up her..."guess what happens". She explained I can not have my cash back. I informed her you folks really are a "RIP-OFF ORGANIZATION" and never to get hold of my telephone ACTUALLY!!!
