We presently possess two homes which are roughly 200 feet apart. Till 11/10 each experienced at&t telephone and DSL service.

On Nov 10th we'd at&t transfer support from home a to accommodate b, while stopping the initial support at home b.

Home a experienced DSL elite (6Mb) Home w experienced DSL Professional (3Mb).

Following The transfer, at&t repeatedly explained that just DSL Simple (768K) was accessible at home w, and that's the things they mounted. We've only a little over 600K/sec. During this period at&t team have now been incredibly rude, repeatedly ignoring or declining to think my claims that home w had quicker DSL than Fundamental before the move ahead November 10th. Clearly at&tis provisioning documents are wrong.

AT&T was previously a great organization to cope with. Today they be seemingly staffed with useless babbling fools fropm Asia who utilize politeness like a tool. All-they did is waste our period and insult people.
