Registered Feb for HD container, bundle, Selection bunch Television, free Broadband. Not informed telephone outlet required alongside Television and pc, Broadband just productive for just two times since Feb. Programs non existent for 3 months. Numerous characters and emails delivered (from function) as no email entry in the home. All issues dismissed. Since Feb settled them £187.90 - what for - just a couple additional stations, no Broadband or emails, no-call blocking on phone. They've not satisfied their aspect of the agreement and guarantee to supply me with Television, HD support, Broadband and email. What have you got to complete to become observed by the corporation? I have tried all conversation feasible, requested to get a reimbursement etc. All grievances completely overlooked.
