Convergia Long Distance

I've had Convergia Long-Distance (aka Cogniwold) for a long time and also have been pleased with them. But in the last 8 weeks, they transformed their payment to complete second steps from six-second batches and my LD costs doubled. They today are declining to create any changes and state they've usually charged entirely second steps, although their site however promotes they bill in six sec. Batches, and that I have over 2 yrs of claims demonstrating I had been statement in 6 sec. Steps. They're secrets and that I am arguing my last two regular declaration costs with my charge card company. I've transformed to a different LD corp.
