I'm looking to get a duplicate of my statement. I called Cox. Our telephone number wasn't acknowledged by the machine despite the fact that Cox mounted it themselves. I tried many times. Same outcome. I called. They explained the statement was delivered. Nevertheless, I'd ebills therefore the expenses were delivered to Lender of America where I'd compensated them through online bank. I've since improved banks and desired to allow Cox realize that.

They sent my statement to my current email address, however they won't examine my scenario with no FLAG that we will discover — speculate where? — ON MY STATEMENT.

I've asked them to send my statement to my house address. They've answered they have to check out FCC guidlines. I wrote back wondering when the FCC avoided them from utilizing the U.S. Postoffice.
