Poor service

I ordered a cricket phone online. Then found out my st. Address is not listed by federal express. I figured ok i can't get a phone from then but the customer service agent informed me i could get a phone delivered usps to a p. O box because i live in a rural town in Letha, Idaho. So i ordered the phone. It was supposed to take a week so i figured ok. Well i waited a week then found out they mailed it NOT usps, but Ups. Most folks know that ups doesnt deliver to po boxes. Anyways i got letter stating they as in UPS wanted my address, but as Fed Ex doesnt recognise my address neither does UPS even though i gave them the same address that's on my drivers license. I called cricket just to cancel my account and get my money back they refused And told me id have to deal with ups. I was hoping i could use cricket in lieu of tmobile. Very glad i dont have a contract with cricket and am going to stick with tmobile.

I went to the local cricket store in emmett idaho and the mgr of the store was very unpleasant and unwilling to help in any matter stating that you take your chances buying online
