We've been awaiting almost 2 yrs today for Fairpoint to accomplish installing of outlines to get a single messaging support - Verizon mounted the equipment that will be on site and today that Fairpoint is in handle, I can not actually locate anybody who understands what it's, not to mention keep in touch with me about this.

I Have tried to obtain a phone point shifted in one developing to a different for around 3 months now. I put the purchase, obtained verification, (noticed nothing), published the contact (noticed nothing), published the contact again and ripped the purchases workplace (noticed nothing), re sent the concept (noticed nothing) and also have attempted today to put the order again (noticed nothing to date).

We've had continuous payment mistakes that cannot be seemingly solved - no body understands why weare being billed what weare being charged, the conditions do not complement the agreement conditions - it simply blows my brain. Used to donot believe something might be worse compared to Verizon customer support. Ha!
