Yes, ditto happened in my experience. ATT transformed my long-distance intend to a far more costly one without my permission after I m0ved to a different location. I wound up spending significantly more than I ought to have and were left with a $90 credit after calling them about that issue. Additionally they had the nerve to include late charges due to them-not implementing the credit to my consideration which may have managed to get present. After I told them I'd like the cash put-back into my checking account, they stated they mightnot get it done! They are able to just place the cash toward potential funds on my Statement! (self-serving fools!) They said the only path I really could get concrete money would be to shut my bill together plus they might deliver me a check!
