Charged for service I did not request

Last 3 expenses from Verizon have experienced third party payment for providers I've never required or obtained from Benefit Telecom. Have named and reported and composed notice but I keep getting charged. Have published characters towards the FCC and also the NJ Panel of Public Resources to protest but haven't rec'd any reaction however. The corporation is conning people!!! Really ashamed.
