Their correctional service telephone program is troublesome and user-unfriendly. If you have an issue you CAn't obtain a "speech" to speak with. On the automatic return your phone program, they named me back one-hour later and after buying up my telephone and waiting no body was about the point to speak with me. And these folks market themselves as sophisticated and innovative telecommunications people as well as their methods are third-world. The disappointment is incredible. You can't also email them on the web site.
