Terribly rude customer service

I completely accept you Latoya. They're unbelievably rude. They offered me the incorrect info declaring you had to truly have a land-line phone (in the post) to be able to receive prisoner calls-no mobile phone or electronic telephone support (vonage, etc). And so I went and had AT&T mounted into my house. They'd not agree the land-line since the inmates title was about the statement. Arrive at discover that a few months that some silly customer support individual offered me the incorrect info. Globel tel does take vonage, you simply need to send within the statement to join up the point-that we still haven't noticed back from customer support. Just how can they be so rude and provide out fake data such as this and obtain away withit? Today I've 3 phone lines (electronic, property, cell) but still am not obtaining any calls from my buddy. Perhaps it's simply more straightforward to create, I understand its cheaper and less annoying!
