In May I delivered deteriorating gear HELIO (Warmth). I delivered the telephone within the same presentation by which I obtained the alternative gear.in September I obtained a statement from HELIO within the quantity of $475.00, evidently $116.45 for providers (this isn't problematic) and $358.77 for that gear that I delivered 4 weeks before.

The final consultant "Paolo" advised me the problem process is situated on the site Helio.com. And additional that there is no inner procedure, organization, or division by which I really could publish a conventional written challenge, allowing the organization to research my criticism.

I looked their website, I discovered nothing. I've posted a towards the FCC, and that I may pursue litigation.
