Fraudulent billing

I had been charged $12.95 on my AT&T land-line statement for voice mail providers from Coast-to-Coast Speech, LLC. Used to do not approve the costs. Actually, I never heard about the organization before this payment. I named the contact range, and also the ethical owner explained I'd obtain credit in two to three payment cycles. I expected her the way the costs wound up on my statement. She stated (easily) that their pc was down so she could not tell me.
