Uverse equipment returns

Disconnected our u verse consideration 0n May 26, AT&T necessary to deliver containers for that return of devices and entrance but these containers weren't obtained until late September. The gear was delivered via UPS with following number on July 26. Obtained a statement for lacking euipment to get a whole of $648. Have spoken to simply about every division at AT&T plus they possess the report of gear being obtained in Laredo nevertheless we still have excellent statement. Have no idea what it'll consider for this modification. Waiting on still another call-back from their store informing me exactly what the issue is (August 22).
