Harassing telephone calls

Telecommunications

This company repeatedly calls my home 3 or 4 times a day with a recording that my loan application has been approved. What loan application? I have never spoke with these people in my life! Anyway, I call them back at the 888-864-9519 telephone number and the voice mail menu is obviously a trap to a) get me to submit personal information b) allow other telemarketers to call me (I am on the do not call list) c) get me to approve my approved loan application along with a $10,000 Visa card.

There is no person that can be accessed (only a recorded approval menu choice). The recording goes on to say that I need to press 9 to complete my $1,500 payday advance loan. Again, what loan? This is obviously a scam. I have reported them to the FTC do not call folks... Yeah good luck on that one too.

If anyone out there knows how to legally get these con-artists, please post. I am going to have to get my number changed or call rejection or something as they will not leave me alone. This is the worst kind of invasion of privacy, and abuse! Rje
