The Airtel customer care is the worst which I have experienced so far. The line gets gets disconnected no. Of times. If u have gud luck that day and you are able to connect somehow. You encounter inexperienced customer care executives who even do not how to spell e-mail address of customer care.

That's a pain and a sorry state of affair..
