Sales scam!

I buys a Virgin Mobile mobile phone lately so when I attempted to trigger it, I had been informed that it wasn't revealed. I visited the shop, Goal, that I purchased from plus they followed my sale and confirmed me that my telephone have been triggered about the evening of the purchase, 1/21/09. The Client Support women approached Virgin Mobile at 888-322-1122 and was subsequently known 800-498-6371. The consultant informed Goal to either reimbursement me or provide me another telephone and also the individuals within the from workplace wouldn't provide the Customer Support women the VCD# that she had a need to do this. The consultant in the 800# explained he might examine the issue and also to provide him 24 to72 hours before I attempted to trigger my phone again. It's been a complete week but still nothing has been completed.

I'm disappointed in both events of the scenario and that I am out the price of the telephone along with a Topup card that I bought at another location. At 61 years old I can't manage to toss my money away. Dissatisfied in Mansfield
