Billing issues!

Sherman's journey persuaded me to check out their site and obtain their free web improvements. Their info is useless however now they're stating I'm receiving their journal and have to spend $9.95 since I have didn't stop the present they made me. Where they put the "this really is likely to set you back " info I don't understand. They declare I've not answered for their "repeated efforts for request cost. I've acquired none! Their item atleast on the web isn't worth something in my experience.
