The Client support at Wild Blue is terrible. I had been putting an order then afterwards on a single phone had a need to stop because of a few of the conditions and was put into a Que for more than 50 units without any solution. I named subsequently on another point and was put into another Que after speaking having a customer support consultant and five being informed the delay period 50 units again. This is exactly why folks off shore the client support the folks in america are terrible once they need to do some function.
