Rude and bad service

I bought a radio telephone although Wirefly to carry on my Verizon support with my unique quantity. Once the telephone came it'd a brand new quantity. It got me weeks to correct it out with Verizon, then I acquired a notice from InPhonic that I should purchase the telephone since I have did not start a 'New' agreement. I examined the container about the purchase form to carry on my previous amount.

Their customer support individuals have been really rude and threaten to cost my unique charge card easily do not spend. May they are doing this officially?
