Prezi
Upgraded to PRO but still cannot edit offline

I am furious! I have upgraded my Prezi trial to PRO which entitles me to edit my Prezi offline. After sending and receiving about 20 emails from support@prezi and downloading my Prezi software again, I am still unable to edit my Prezi offline! This is absurd. I also received the following email from Prezi which is not even worth reading!
Response from [URL Removed] "I perfectly understand, maybe our dashboard is a little bit unclear. We will improve that."
