Better Bodies, Not honoring Contract

I have been a member of Better Bodies gym for well over 12 years. I have paid them plenty. I finally purchased a VIP/for life membership for my son and I for $668.99 a few years ago. My Signed Contract indicates in my Renewal Terms that I renew me and my son's membership at a cash price of $60.00/year each, forever and ever. (Yes, it actually says forever and ever because Tony wrote that in for me.) The "Initial Investment" included a $19.95 administration fee, and Tony said it was $60.00 each thereafter, and the SIGNED CONTRACT makes absolutely no mention of an extra Administration Fee each year of $19.95 each for RENEWAL (only as an initial investment). Last year, the first time I was to receive the $60.00 rate, Better Bodies pulled the $19.95 "each" administration fee and I began to fight it. The salesperson was very nice and he offered my son and I both free personal trainer sessions to make up for the "added on fees, " so I went ahead and paid it that time. This year, the manager was not very nice and demanded the $19.95 each. I have not paid it yet, but I do want to work out soon and it seems like they have me, because they won't renew it unless I pay the hidden fees. I have sent e-mails the the owners, (I won't put their names at this time), but they don't respond and no one gives out their phone number. Again, my signed contract does not say anything about $60.00 a year plus hidden fees, or $60.00 a year plus a $19.95 administrative fee. It says, renewal at $60.00 per year each, forever and ever.
