Scott king is a complete scumbag, low life. He is a bookie in Colombia that caters to USA citizens. The problem is - he doesn't pay if you win. He is absolutely broke and will hound you for money if you lose, but if you win - you'll never get paid. He lives in Colombia because he isn't able to come back to the United States.
