Saxon arms failure to ship purchase items

I ordered 3 weapons from this company 1st week of april along with some additional items. I have only received 2 weapons to this date (26 aug) and one was not as ordered, and the other has items missing items.

Contacting this company is hard, they will not return my calls, and only e-mail me after i e-mailed several times. They always have excuses... Sick, holidays, vacation, overseas, lost my order, etc.

I informed them that they had till the 1st of august to correct the errors. They e-mailed me that the rest of my stuff would be shipped that week. Have call several times after that, with no response.
