This place is a trashy JOKE and people like Allison Refior who work here puts the nail in their coffin. Hands down the worse customer service I have EVER experienced in my life; its actually sickening. I called to cancel a membership with a girl named Desirae who seemed to be very understanding of my problem of being treated like crap. Well, fast forward 30days later and they charged my CC for a membership; I called to inquire about the charges and spoke to a Manager named Allison Refior who advised me that even though you were treated badly at the Plano location you need to just drive down town Dallas and use that location. (keep in mind that location is 15-20miles away).

She then went on to say even though you were treated badly that is no reason to cancel this has to be the dumbest girl I have spoken to in my life. Because I have no more time to spend with this trash bag Allison Refior over the phone I will dispute the charges with my bank. Keeping in mind trash will always be trash, Im over it. My advice is to avoid this company all together..
