Summer escapes Quick Set pools

I purchased a summer escapes 15 foot pool last Xmas for my grandchildern's summer visit. I just put it up and found a disaster. The seams leak continually at the rate of 6-8" of water overnight - heck of a mess. The top ring holds air for 2 hours maximum - I seems that the seam welding is not very good and quality control is very Chinese. Customer Service is virtually nil— call the hot line and expect to wait at least 20 minutes. All you get is "sorry but we cant help you"

Recommendation is do not buy their product - they are selling cheaply made crap that does not supply what they promise - retailers are no help - simply refer you to Polygroup
