I'd my boy in a Karate business you had to-go through ABC payment to create your instalments to be able to remain in the courses. Whenever we visited stop our kids account we provided notice towards the karate teacher and was recommended us to contact ABC aswell to tell them, after doing this we were struck with another weeks charge. Whenever we called back we talked to some really rude customer support representative called Sherry. She advised us we'd have to deliver a written demand and offered us an email address to deliver it to. We did as she required and six months later we're currently being approached with a lawyer who claims we owe 270.00. I named and attempted to challenge this allowing him understand we'd delivered an email and had all our documents. Although the whole phone he extended to shout at me, declining to hear something I'd to express and at-one stage informed me" this is exactly what he's done-for the final 13 years and he'd allow me know basically had a challenge". After I questioned him if he would pay attention to something I'd to express he responded "all you say is nonsense and that's why you're within the scenario you're in" Are you kidding me who's this person? After requesting him many times to reduce his speech and never to become so aggressive or I'd not proceed the discussion he hung-up on me. I had been at might work location and had him on audio so my co-worker might notice how he was speaking with me. NO BODY has got the to contact and talk to you in this way and that I may combat this towards the finish! This person was rude unprofessional of course if he's an attorney like he promises ought to be disbarred. I've also submitted using the BBB and also have named the Karate teacher to allow him understand what type of organization he's managing his customers. Don't sign something that has abc onto it you'll be left holdling a statement long once you stop!!! Check the evaluations the corporation is questionable and will screw you from whatever they are able to!!!
