Unexpected charges on credit card

I registered for that Chug and Work and settled my $45 access charge with my charge card. Subsequently, in regards to a month 5 afterwards I got hit for $59.99 on that identical card by active.com. It is some form of "account" that provides you savings on items that energetic individuals do. Whatever. I called them. They stated they'd return the cash.
