I requested 2 sets of bib pants for sale with 1-2 day delivery. 5 days later, i obtained 2 sets of normal pants, not bibs, and after calling was informed 'sorry, you are able to deliver them back or spend top dollar for that bibs', which came to 174.10 these were asking me to cover what I previously requested. Iam making issues with actually business I - can and certainly will consider them to small-claims judge if neccesary because they are near to me and I've completed small-claims before and gained.
