Matrix Boards For Less TOTAL RIPPOFF

This company claims to sell products with "minor cosmetic defects", but in reality they sell unusable garbage. They sent me a snowboard with a core defect. Others have received unusable junk according to the reviews I have read online by other buyers. I read have reviews of at least one other consumer receiving an EMPTY BOX! They responded to my first email and requested photos. I sent the photos then they did not respond to my emails. Finally, I advised them that I would let the whole internet know of their unprofessional behavior and someone responded, saying that my emails had ended up in their spam box. They sent me a fedex label to return the board, which I did, and they promised me a full refund. Well, that was two months ago. Still no refund.initial response to my email about my refund was that they did not have my credit card information. I have sent it twice and still nothing. They cannot be reached on the phone as the voice mailbox is full and no one ever answers the phone.

I bought this board in December as a Christmas present for my son. It is now May five months later, and they have both their board and my money.

If you check the internet reviews about this company, which I wish I had done before I purchased from them, you will see that dozens of consumers have had the same, or worse, experience as I have.
