How dare TWX take money from my checking acct/Debit Card without my knowledge or authorization!

Checked out why I couldn't buy groceries today. Logged onto my checking account and saw an unauthorized charge of $39.00 by TWX Sports, Columbus Circle, NY. Who the heck is that and how dare they debit my account without my knowledge or authorization.

Checked out the web and found many complaints. I am going straight to the FTC and will be on the phone with my bank first thing in the morning.

Only way we can figure out something that may potentially be related is the fact that we have a Sports Illustrated subscription that renews in June - is this company related to them? Seems as though there might be some connection based on other complaints I'm seeing online.
