How do you get a hold of these guy's.internet

Placed order and paid 2/3. Called in March to see what was happening (somebody answered) and was told item would ship shortly. Now it's May and they do not respond to emails and you cannot get past their message recording. I have asked for a refund and have yet to hear back.

I'm guess that no answer is probably going to be my answer.
