Ed Bush Fraudulent Autograph

On Feb. 18 I purchased a Replica Penn State football helmet with a Joe Paterno Autograph. The item was described as third party authenticated. I won the auction and the seller did not ship the item until Mar 5.

The item did not match the picture of the item I purchased and the "third party authentication" website did not provide any information as to the authenticity of my item. I then shipped the item to PSA/DNA authentication services (a world renowned autograph authentication service). The item did not pass their tests.

I contacted the seller again, but did not get a response. I am outside of the 45 day reporting policy for eBay and PayPal because of the third party authentication process and because the seller did not ship the item for 15 days.
