Poor maintenance causes back injury

The anytime exercise in Grants Pass, OR. Doesn't keep equipment. The lat pull wire smashed and herniated a drive in my own back. Director Denny said he couldn't begin to see the wire because it was behind a guard therefore might substitute them once they smashed! Since I have closed the conventional contract when joining I'm accountable for the $4,000 in medical costs, physical treatment and $10,000 of lost-work. And of course the extreme discomfort going back six months. Just 6 -12 more weeks of recovery quit - atleast I'm back again to use minimum training. Therefore beware, something occurs plus they are not accountable!
