In September I named retro to cancel account. The account was something special to my boy to utilize for 1 year. He'dnot employed gym in more than 6 weeks. I named to stop and was informed I'd to deliver a notice. Well i thought I Would stay in to stop personally. NO! These were having none of this! They insisted it had been within the 'contract' that I deliver a notice. Okay. I delivered a letter and also the lady behind the table guaranteed me-she might take the letter even when it had beennot authorized since it wads within the 'contract' that it'd to be always a registered letter. At this time I really could discover where these were choosing cancellations. I deliver the notice and that Iam still receiving harassing calls from ABC Financial (who incidentally has numerous grievances filed against them for dishonest techniques). Nowadays I contact Retro and clarify that I'm still receiving calls from ABC and I was informed i still owed cash for that month of September in addition to March and Nov. I am surprised. Retro rapidly reported "it is within the contract" BS.

They need 60 days notice to stop. Who understands 60-days ahead of time they might have to stop account because of a variety of factors. The supervisor at Retro believed to me-she might renounce i month. BIG DEAL! Beware Retro Exercise. They're scammers
