My husband ordered something for 9.95 and Vertical Jump/Elite Athlete Systems/Adnotex/Adnotrex puts him on an autoship program for something he did not order. He has place an order twice with this company and has decline the autoship program. After the authorized 9.95 charge, the company charges us monthly 79.95. You can not reach them by telephone. We have emailed them numerous times trying to get our money credited back. The company has responded that we already have received the refund, which we have not. And just yesterday another 79.95 charge appeared on our credit card.
Now working with our bank to report unauthorized charges and have to cancel my husband's credit card.
